This policy explains how FieldGuard Applications LLC handles information in FieldGuard CM.
What we collect
Contractor account details (name, email, company name and logo); project information you enter, including homeowner names and email addresses; photos you upload; and, when a homeowner approves or declines a change order, their typed name, IP address and browser information.
How we use it
Only to run the service: showing your projects to your team, sending change orders and notifications by email, and keeping a record of approvals. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and deliver the service (database and file storage, email delivery, web hosting), under their own privacy and security terms. Homeowners see only what their contractor shares with them.
Security
Photos are stored privately and shown through temporary links. Homeowner links expire and can be revoked.
