These terms govern your use of FieldGuard CM, a service provided by FieldGuard Applications LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the projects, change orders and other information you enter. Keep your login private.
Your content
You own the photos, logs and documents you upload. You give FieldGuard Applications LLC permission to store and display them only as needed to run the service for you and the homeowners you share them with.
Change orders and electronic signatures
FieldGuard CM records a homeowner's typed-name approval, the time, IP address and device information. Whether that record satisfies the legal requirements for your contracts in your state is your responsibility. FieldGuard Applications LLC is not a party to your contracts.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, FieldGuard Applications LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
